I know this doesn’t really apply to many of you, like 98%…but I’ve learned that if you’ve been recently pregnant or are…do NOT do planks or pushups - that pooch - will be harder to get rid of. Your body is healing and letting them hang actually sets your progress back. So if you want to strengthen those muscles during or after pregnancy, do standing up ab exercises or ones on your back. :)

summer-in-june requested a workout for the butt! So here’s an easy one that you can add dumbbells to to make harder. Feel free to repeat the whole workout 2-3 times through to really work!

Sprints/fartlek running is most effective for burning cals and gaining endurance!

i haven’t seen many workouts that try to incorporate all body parts and includes stretching so i thought i would make my own, enjoy :)
